anyone have the name / number of the best divorce lawyer in HK (money not an object)?

Sharon Ser of Hamptons Winter and Glyn is the best. I suggest though that you find out all the "best" ones and make an appointment and see each of them in turn. That will then stop your spouse using them due to conflicts of interest.

I used Linda heathfield from Boase and Cohen. She is very good. My ex tried to use Sharon Ser, but she delegated to another lawyer in their practise and that didn't turn out so well for my ex!!


Recommend Linda over Hamptons any day. But how you do will depend on how well you hit it off with the lawyer because it is about team work between you and your lawyer rather than just expecting the lawyer to do everything for you.
