Can you make Henna Tattoos in Hong Kong.


I had a great one done in Bali which lasted for 3 weeks.


I would like to experiement with a few Henna Tattoos until i find the right design.

in hk u get henna tattoos in indian stores only if u want to have design bysomeone then go to indian parlour to have it...its very pretty.....or else u jst buy the henna tattoo in indian stores n c anydesign from the net n draw on ur self so tat u wont be wasting money on others u can do on urself 2......

hi, black henna has a very poisonous chemical mixed into it to make it black- the red henna is the only natural product on the market. black henna can give the wearer chemical burn, resulting in a permanent burn on your skin. Usually black skin and asian skin is the most likely to have an allergic reaction. different % of the chemical is mixed in depending on which country it comes from...do you really want to take the risk>?? red henna tattoos usually take up to 10 hours to properly stain the skin, you can heat up the paste after application and apply coffee or lemon juice to make the stain darker. there is also a very high quality water proof paint- which comes in all colours - and is fantastic for experimenting with tattoo designs. it is safe for the skin and looks just like a real colour tattoo!! if you like to see go to temporary tattoos catagory on the website..

Jo is absolutely correct especially with the old style black henna. However there is a new one which was developed by an Australia doctor which 'apparently' is alot less reactive, although I still think there is always a risk.

ohhhhh having black or red henna it doesnt affect ur skin......if u want to make ur red henna into black henna take 5 drops of tea water. 3 drops of pak fa yau..3 drops of lemon n mix them after u apply on ur hand after u feel like its dry then add water n sugar n mix them n take a cotton n apply on ur hand then leave it to dry then wash ur hand u will get into mre darker red or black colour henna

yup,sure a natural mix wont give you chemical burn- but the product on the market is dangerous to those who are allergic and there have been many health warnings issued over the years- it was brought to international attention when too many small children were getting chemical burns from 'henna' tattoos they bought on the beaches where they were holidaying- the chemical is called PPD and it is found mostly in cheap hair dye products, and most certainly not recommended for use on the skin. Henna, as a natural product, is good for many uses on the body.
