I am considering going back to my old job in the UK as an oil rig worker.My question is if I continue to live in Hong Kong with my family will I be regarded as out of the UK tax system and will not need to pay UK tax.The work would be 2 weeks on the rig 2 weeks off(in hong kong).If I do qualify as no need to pay UK tax is this a rebate at the end of the finacial year or would I be payed tax free each month.Thanks in adance.
