I know mamy of you have positive experience with Biorderma products to manage your kid's eczema. Would like advice to the following: There are two products in the Atoderm Vitamin PP range - an emoillient in toothpaste form and an extra-thick cream in pump form. And there is a cleanser in pump form. A survey for Bioderma users:
(1) Which product(s) do you use?
(2) Do you need to use BOTH moisturisers to see results?
(3) Do you use the cleanser as well, eg to wash hair? If not, what brand so you use?
Bottom line is that I use the emollient in toothpaste packaging on my 19-mo for a week and noticed tiny spots appearing on her trunk. Given her multiple allergies, I cannot be confident in saying these spots are caused by the emollient or if it is something she eats/touchs. I would like to coninue usage of emollient but want to get some answers to make sure I am using it appropriately. She is currently finishing up her Mustela Cleanser, should I switch to Atoderm cleanser too? Is that as good as the emoillient?

I tried the emollient in the toothpaste form recently but I don't find it moisterizing enough. I need to mix it with vaseline because my baby's skin is so dry and red. She also has little spots on her legs but she had them before I tried using Biderma. I've also tried numerous other recommended creams but nothing has worked very well. I'm still trying to find a good remedy to reduce the redness on her body!
