Hi there. My baby used to love bathtime ever since she was a newborn. Recently, she's really found it fun, kicking and soaking mom & dad. However, my husband decided to experiment the other night and take her into the big bathtub and just hold her. She started screaming right away. We then tried to put her back in the baby bathtub that she is used to but she continued to scream. Ever since that night, she screams whenever she is put into the baby bathtub- it's as if she was traumatized! Moving the baby bathtub to a different location hasn't worked, dipping her in bit by bit hasn't work, pacifier hasn't, showing her her favorite toys/ fun distraction doesn't work... Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get her to like her baths again?

Thanks- hubby carried out experiment against my advice. After this fiasco, he now understands that babies need consistency and a feeling of cosiness/ security!

These are two clips of my daughter in the tub. She's the second one to use this tigex bath seat - and I've loved the thing so much I've given it as gifts to so many pregnant people. (I bought them at Bumps to Babes and lugged them back to the US as they didn't have the equivalent.) Very very nice.

your daughter is beautiful. She looks so happy in the bath seat. Thanks for the tip. My baby boy used to dislike bath time. But now he is really enjoying it much more. Fingers crossed that it will only get better.
