Yes, I am over 40 but always get complements.
But I take care of myself, usual things..facial, vitamins, grooming, clothes(inner&outer), avoiding stress when possible but take challenges including spiritual care.

It's only a problem if you're 18. I think a lot of us look younger because we've taken care of ourselves and, to be honest, had a bit easier life as well. Better nutrition, better exercise, better medical care, more proactive in medical care, not smoking, etc. I also happened to stay out of the sun when I was young, so now my skin is a lot younger looking than that of people who made a habit of sun tanning.

Why should it be a problem to look younger than your years? ... You should be proud of the fact, especially if you've looked after yourself and now you are reaping the benefits. The only time it becomes a problem is when a 50 year old woman trys to dress far too young for her years and ends up looking like mutton dressed as lamb ... not a good image. I'm not saying that older women should dress like their grandmothers, but it somehow seems more noticable when an older woman dresses too young, regardless of how well she has aged. It's all about style and having a bit of class that makes it work well.
