Hi - I have a friend (who speaks Cantonese) who needs legal advice on custody and financial related matters for her son against the father. She would like to know her rights. Can anyone suggest a good (free?) initial source of information? Is there a Citizen's Advice Bureau in HK?

There are also nine Legal Advice Centres in Hong Kong were people can get free (non-means tested) initial legal advice. These are situated in district offices.
