Just had a lovely lunch at the new restaurant, Peccato, elgin st.. good food, and good service. Don't work for them either ! just nice to be able to say good words.

lunch menu around HK$98. Dinner, depends on what you select, mid to low..

seafood pasta was excellent, as was the hazelnut and goats cheese salad.

I prefer Peccato to Cecconi's although the latter is supposedly a shoot-off of a highly rated restaurant in Australia. Pasta at Peccato tends to be slightly overcooked but you can always ask for your pasta to be al dente. Just alert the waiter.
