Besides ToysRus, Citistore and Jusco (all in TKO), are there any other places where I could find kiddie bikes for a 4 yr old.

There is a bike store @ MetroCity (Phase 1), TKO. Exit to street level at Po Lam MTR station, go cross the street, walk left, cross another street (mau tai rd), pass the bakery and you won't miss it (on mau yip rd).

There are 2-3 excellent bike shops in TKO. Opposite the Sheung Tak shopping mall where the white block of buildings are at (sorry don't know the block name). You can't miss it if you drive around. They are just by the road.

the white block is beverly garden. there is also a bike shop in bauhinia garden a bit further down the road. all seem very popular with the locals in this area.
