I am planning a bday bash for my sis. But dunno where to start and wat to do.

Ideas on where a nice restaurant to host a bday bash - probably with either finger foods or small sized buffet?

i think it would be better if you will surprise her with her favorite gift and a set of flower petals in her room with some of ballons on the floor..
