Dulux is very popular here. You can find some in all the hardware shop.
In NT, go to Sai Kung in the hardware shop at the entrance of SK. I think they do have.
Otherwise in Hang Hau village (next to Lardos).
In Wanchai, any paint shop on Lockart rd I believe. Lastly in Kowloon Bay, I bought some in Wang Tai rd (Opposite to the carpark)

I actually do not know about Suede one's as I used some Dulux for very humid place.
