Wonder if anyone has done internal plastering before in HK, and can A) tell me what i need to do it myself, like which brand of plaster and is there a secret formula of how to mix it, how long befor eyou can paint it, or B) know a good plasterer that is reasonably priced and can speak english

He does all renovation / Decoration work small or large but his skill is plumber
