Schools-Help!

I am moving back to Hong Kong with my wife and two children in the summer.My eldest son will be 6 in May, and will be of p2 age in Sept, and my youngest son will be 4 in Oct. I am a permanent HK resident,and my wife has a dependant visa.We have been in the UK for 2 years so my kids don't know any Chinese, although my eldest spent 2 years in a Chinese Kindergarten.He forgot everything very quickly when he came to the UK. I think we will be living in Lantau, as I am hoping that there will be more international kids for my kids to mix with.

What schools are good? Is local school an option?Do they accommodate Non Chinese speakers?Is there any funding help for international schools(I am a Tefl teacher, and my wife is Filipino-our income may be on the low side for international schools) Any tips would help.
