What are your favorite diving destinations that are easy to get to from HKG? Any contact info for live aboard or local dive shops in those areas?

my favourite so far is Redang island but not exactly convenient as you need to go via Kuala Terranganu.. Cebu is easy to get to but quite pricey. Phuket might be your best bet.
