I just got a chance to go to DB and the ambience there was really fabulous. Surprised to find so many interesting restaurants and I hear that they call the place Water Margin........ can't remember so many restaurants names except Cafe de Paris - I dine with my gf in its outdoor seats and watch the fireworks at nite............. it is so cool!!!!! Beach, fireworks plus food - what else do you want?!

I saw the HSBC ad and went into DB... Tried Hemingways BBQ... not bad with the big portion. The best is watching the bay in its outdoor comfy seats. Will definitely go again and try Fagara next time - love Sichuan food and heard that this one is same as Soho's Chilli Fagara. DB seems to win over Stanley for the more choices of restaurants, and the shorter journey (didn't realise the ferry only took 25-min!)
