recently i've started jogging, i want to loose fat from tummy, is there any specific exercise for getting rid of flab, please help!!!

Good on you for starting jogging!

From experience and nutritionalist:

Drink lots of water (don't just think about it), reduce your sugar, carb and fat intake.

Increase the amount of meals but reduce the size to increase metabolism.

Situps and toning exercises are great but preferably with a friend to check your posture.

Keep your exercise regular and at least 3-4 times per week. Start small and praise yourself for your achievements.

Great work, stay positive, happy and fun.

That flat stomach is still there, its just hiding.

If you are lucky you can spot exercise but for some people a pot belly is one of the last things to lose when you are dieting. Sit ups are good but make sure you also do lower abdominal exercises. Enjoy your running, its a great zone out activity.
