You might be interested in a new club on Elgin Street, Takeout Comedy, which has live shows of local commedians on Friday and Saturday nights at 9:30, $100 per person. I've been several times and it's great. The place is 34 Elgin Street, right between Olive and Alfredo's restaurant.

My sister and I have both get the giggles, then I laugh at her laughing and she laughs at me laughing til we have to stand in corners at opposite sides of the room til we stop!
I've known guys who can laugh for a couple of minutes, but I've seen women giggle for a lot longer!

Seeing the get ups some people put their poor dogs in here gives me a good laugh. They look so humiliated - why on earth does a dog need shoes unless they are a rescue dog or live in the snow! and why make a dog where a hat - my best laugh came from a poor spaniel forced to wear both.
