If I get a judgment in small claims against a company that has no assets in Hong Kong, if the person named in the judgment (president of the company) tries to come into HK at a later date will he be held by immigration police and forced to pay the judgment amount?

Then why are they so very careful abt taking us to court if we don't update our business details such as addresses, director changes, etc? I assumed it's to chase us.
