Could anyone please tell me where I can get sandpaper. Or any other tools to do a bit of DIY. For those who knows a shop called "Tokyu Hands" in Tokyo - it's ideally that type of shop that I am looking for.

Try Wellington Street, lots of hardware shops. Also a shop on Hollywood Road near Aberdeen Street - very helpful owner.
