Almost everytime i access this website, I get a pop-up about an active X control. I either close it or press the OK button, but then another one will pop-up also on active X and I do the same. At this point, the page will not load completely, so I have to press refresh several times before it does. Several times in the past few months, we've had to set our laptop to factory settings as after having started the laptop, it goes on to desktop then nothing works (both desktop icons and start up menu items) when clicked on. We're not very computer savvy, but my hubby seems to think that I'm importing viruses from this website while I argue this is a safe website. Is it possible to get a virus from this website?

Not possible to get a virus from the site in this way. You need to check your IE settings....active x controls can be very troublesome...but they do not indicate that a virus is be sent to your computer from this site. If that was the case then we could be potentially infecting quite a number of computers....
