Hi, wondered if anyone can help. We just arrived in HK on Thurs with an 18 month in tow... Back home I am used to taking him to Mother and Toddler groups/playgroups etc. Just wondered if there is anything like that here? We are at The Belcher's, Pokfulam. Am keen to meet other Mum's as well as find friends for my son, just not sure where to start...

There is a toddler group at the Matilda Hospital on Thursdays at 3pm. Cost $60 - just turn up! There is usually a talk on as well.

In the lecture hall on the ground level. Pay at the cashier as you go along. I think the talk this week is on potty training.

You should try the "playgroups" section on this site. I also just arrived 1.5 weeks ago and am looking for a playgroup. We are in Mid-levels and my son is 16 months.

the ppa has a playgroup for mothers and toddlers that is an excellent, hands on way to meet other mothers. p&t is located on borrett road, midlevels.
