I know this has been discussed before - sorry.
Can anyone recommend a good Sunday brunch to take OS guests to? The Verandah has a wedding on, and Top Deck is closed for maintenance - any other suggestions??

Sai Kung.
Antony' catch.
Actually rather cheap, 100 HK$ food only, or 200 including all drinks (champagne, fresh juices, coffee).
It is restaurant style brunch, no buffet. However, most excellent food.

Intercontinental is one of the best but you usually need to book many weeks in advance. Cafe Deco is quite good and never had problems booking a table at short notice ... I think it cost around $298 last time we went which includes unlimited sparkling wine.

Cafe Deco, plus the kids get to paint a glorious canvas whist the adults sit and eat!

For a real HK experience dim sum at the Harbour Plaza Hotel in Hung Hom. That's Li Kashing's flagship hotel, where Hu Jintao will stay when he comes in July. Food and service are excellent, but not too pricey.
For good beach eating, Aussie style, try Lantau: Der Stoep at Cheung Sha (brilliant location, OK food, lousy service) or Oo La La at Pui O Beach (good food, good beach, OK prices). Not quite Star of Greece, but both good HK experiences.
