Ever run the Great Wall Marathon?

My wife and I are running the Great Wall Marathon near Beijing on May 19. '07. We have run marathons before, but we've heard crazy stuff about the GWM -- grueling up-and-down, add 50% to your time, etc. I'd LOVE hear from (or especially, to be able to talk with) anyone who has ever done it, to hear about the course, the associated events, et al.

If you've done GWM, please let me know!!
