I've been asked the best place to buy a wide selection of cheeses in Central. the only place I know is GREAT in Pacific Place. Any place better?

Not a wide selection, but a select selection, try Classified on Hollywood - it even has a temperature/humidity-controlled cheese room.

City super has a good selection.. also the italian deli in happy valley and on caine rd also has a range that changes quite regularly.

There's also a branch of that italian deli on queen's road east in wan chai.
