Symantec is the maker of Norton's Anti-Virus programs and they often give detailed advice on how to remove specific viruses.


Looks like this form of the W32.Myzor virus tries to trick you into downloading supposed malware removal programs which probably will just make things much worse. Looks like it's a hassel to get rid of though. Good luck.
