Hi Kamaole, well honestly, I've heard very good stuff about Thermage but eyelid surgery is a fantastic procedure to solve your problem.
Regarding near the mouth, Restylane or other filler are recommended but no Botox for lower face.Unless, money is not a problem for you, in case of surgery, go to Thailand ...bet30 and 70%cheaper!good luck.

Actually, there is some sort of lawsuit going on in the states re thermage. Apparently it can cause fat loss and dimpling in the skin... go online and look for some before and after pics of the people suing. V scary!!! I wouldn't do it - not enough is known about it.
