I read about a device you can use to 'suction' the nipple out permanently. I think it was something to do with nursing mothers who were finding it difficult to breastfeed, but the ad said it could also be used by women with inverted nipples. I'm sure as T3 says above you will find something on Google.
BTW, I presume your GP has checked it out and would have commented and sent you for further tests if it was something you should be worried about.
