Is there an agent for Jimmy Choo shoes in Hong Kong where I can take a pair of shoes to get the heel repaired? Or should I take them to a local cobbler? Advice would be appreciated.

I bought some shoes from LV and Gucci. Needed repairing so I took them back to the shops. They advised me to take them to the local cobbler myself as they will actually do the same.

I had some boots and shoes cobbled in a place behind Shanghai Tang off Peddar street recently and the guy did such a great job. They weren't Jimmy Choos but despite the price, a shoe's a shoe?

Tried my neighbourhood cobbler here in Guangzhou. Started with Nine West sandals to check workmanship, then proceeded with Ferragamo, Prada and Gucci .
The woman cobbler knew a good pair, she treated my shoes and sandals as if it were a gem, she even suggested her best selection of heels.
But my Jimmy and Manolo are reserved for summer only and make sure it's really sunny the whole day.
I also found a tailor who will shorten/lengthen my pants and skirt, plus make them two size smaller(I lost weight in Guangzhou, eating more veggies helped me).
The trick is to look around, there's a gem of a cobbler/tailor around your neighbourhood.
