Hi there! I found it quite easy to find a job in HK but have not had great expectations regarding slary or annual leave since I came over together with my partner and was not in the need to pay everything on my own. After posting my CV on the website of the German Chamber of Commerce and on jobsdb.com I received several invitations ending in quite decent offers within only a couple of days though my CV is pretty average. Actually I found the job of my dreams that way. But keep in mind that especially the rent is expensive in HK and check out whether the payment offered is enough to cover your expenses.

Thanks a lot. Your sharing will strengthen my partner's confidence on getting a job here. I found the German Chamber of Commerce website too, fwd to him. He is working on it. I wish I could talk to you (in English) so that could collect further info if you don't mind. He's been sending application letters to companies, wish to get replies and he could do interviews during his visit soon.
