Is it possible that although there are enough foreigners to support a western food place like Uncle Russ, Starbucks, Olivers....the distance for the head office people to run it is not worth the travel time?
I get so tired of having NOTHING to eat near my offices but local food or Park N Shop. At least Cyberport is getting a bit better.
