Only one problem so far. When my account was upgraded, they would not (in fact, flatly refused, saying "it cannot be done") combine the details of the old and the new accounts, which are now running parallel and require two different internet logins. Because one account includes a time deposit, it can't be closed, or transferred. I find this odd. Other banks had no problem doing it. Their savings and time deposit rates are competitive, though.

I have all my accounts (different nature) all under one internet banking account no, been using it for no less than 4 years now. In fact, this is what they promote, all-in-one, while you get access to each accout individually once you log-in.
