May want to check out Master Wood Works. They are located in the beginning of Queen's Road East on the same side as Pacific Place Three.

There's a new shop opened in Sai Kung if you're ever out this way, near the Wilson car park. Does custom-made natural furniture and had a great table on display this weekend. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the shop and didn't pick up one of the name-cards or glossy brochures, but a couple of the one-off pieces looked superb.
