Marks & Spencer have some plain, round necked, ladies t-shirts upto size UK20 for about $90. Alternatively, Stanley Market normally has plenty of cheap, large t-shirts which would be fine for walking in.

some of the outlet stores on hennessey rd in wanchai also have large tshirts.
