Hi there,
I am looking for some kind of graphic design and web design classes in english for my personla interest, which would include some Adobe CS2 and Dreamweaver basics, but couldn't find anything so far. HK art Centre only has these in Cantonese.
Any hints?

Waffle, thanks for the info, I was actually checking the CEF but seems you have to be a holder of a permanent HKID, but I have been only 3 years on a working permit, so not yet.
Anyway their diplomas seems pretty interesting as it is a hobbie I might want to convert into a business at some point.
