Here you go taken from Wikipedia:
As of February 2007, the sale of ephedra-containing dietary supplements remains illegal in the United States. Side effects of ephedra may include irritability, nervousness, dizziness, trembling, headache, insomnia, profuse perspiration, dehydration, itchy scalp and skin, vomiting, hyperthermia, irregular heartbeat, seizures, heart attack, stroke, or death.
You really want to try this?

I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and can gain 15lbs in a month for no reason.
A few years ago I took Reductil 30mg and lost 15 bls in 2 mos and kept it off. It is still readily available on the market but I got mine from a dr to make sure the meds matched my others.

GK011 - Reductil is something you don't want to try without asking your doctor first. In many places outside HK, it is a prescription only medication that is given only to obese people. It can have side-effects and is not suitable for many people.
Try out the natural alternatives - hoodia for example (also available from Nature's Village) first which are much safer.

Except that no one regulates natural alternatives medications- anywhere in the world!
You need your blood tested and your blood pressure taken regularly if you are going to go on reductil. This is recommended to be monthly and not advised if you have high blood pressure initially as it can elevate existing BP. It is a good drug to initiate weight loss in some, and not necessarily just obese people and many people take it without complications. I took it to be a bridesmaid for a friend and lost 10 pounds in just under 4 weeks - felt great and have kept most of it off (maybe a sneaky 2 pounds are lurking!).
But do agree with ttc, see a doc to make sure you are ok to take it first.

First, I have used ephedra and it is great in a lot of ways, I wouldn't suggest it because it will keep you up all night long. Ugh. I tend to take one ephedra a month and then if I need something else I take hydroxycut.
Speaking of which, where is Sammy's? And do they still carry hydroxycut
