I treated myself to an elemis face cream a few years back. It was lovely to use but very expensive. i didn't feel like it was any better than any of the lower range stuff I used. The price took the joy away and I didn't notice a differnce in wrinkles etc...

I currently use a combo of Elemis and Murad products and yes they are pricey! Best way to try is samples, they have a ton of them at all their spas. So if planning a facial or any spa treatment - go and ask for Elemis samples before you buy! I've tried a ton of their products and the only ones I really like from Elemis are: daily rose facial scrub and daily redness reducing lotion. The tri enzyme line makes me break out. hope this helps.

Pumpkin - They are two of the products I have been advised to use....but soooo expensive the Pro Collagen cream. Usual story - if it really does work then worth it!

Where do you buy the products from? Is there anywhere that you can get a reasonably priced facial to try the range?

Cheers

I am using Elemis, in particular their Tri-Enzyme line. So I use Tri Enzyme facial wash, serum then night cream for night and Pro-collagen marine cream for day. They are indeed expensive. And as I dont really pay attention to wrinkles (not that I have none), I am not sure how good the line is for wrinkle minimization. However, in terms of the softness of the skin and the ability to keep the skin moisturized, I think it is one of the best out there in the market. Pauaspa.com dose give you 30% off for HSBC card holders. And they do deliver within 3-4 days of you placing the order. But the prices in the website are marked up by at least 20-30 percent for some items. So you need to shop around. I go to Frederick spa and they sell Elemis line as, of course, the Elemis spa. Personally, I think Pro-collagen is better than La-mer, for people with combination skin.

I wasn't impressed with the pro collagen marine cream - sooo expensive and to me it smelled slightly fishy and left a residue, maybe it was too heavy for my skin. but I do love the Elemis sensitive cleansing wash - divine smell and leaves your skin very soft. The apricot soothing toner is nice too and the bottle has lasted for about 3 months.

Crystal, I buy exactly the same products. love the scent of all of them too.

The Marine Pro Collagen cream did nothing for me but the Neosrata I buy for 400.00 from the dermatologist is what I'll stick with anyway.
