Don't quite know why you want to go online, but J W Pepper is a good source, as is Theodore Presser, and even amazon.com. In HK, Tom Lee has a good selection of the classics, and even the bookstore in the Shui On Centre in Wan Chai (can't rememeber which one it is, Dymock's?) has a small but quite inexpensive selection of great stuff--I bought urtext editions of the Mozart and Beethoven piano sonatas there for VERY reasonable prices, plus some Scriabin and Prokofiev. Even Page One has those Dover editions, and you can find ragtime there.
