Can anyone recommend a HK based lawyer who can deal with charity law? Specifically, regarding the setting up of a new charitable entity.

A special area of practice for Herbert Tsoi & Partners is charities, if you don't mind using a local solicitor rather than a (more expensive) "foreign" lawyer.
