Have you tried the equivalent of yellow pages in HK, otherwise the tourist office may be able to help with info which could lead to something.

Or the American Ladies Association, YMCA or the church maybe.

I have been a student at the two schools mentioned above and personally i think Valerie Demery is the best teacher here in HK and she has her own school in Central too Check out her website www.vortices.com/valerie
