a supermarket that stocks a lot of American products is called Gateway.
It is very near the Sheung Wan MTR station.
The address is 188 Des Voeux Road.
It is not on Street level, you have to go down a flight of stairs.
They also deliver if you spend over a certain amount.

I've had the same problem with my very large boy. we bought a huge amount of Aust Huggies with us when we moved and have just runout.
I am using the XXL Huggies pullups, which easily fit my 18kg+ boy - unfortunately a bit more expensive than nappies.

The largest size at Gateway is US size 5. They also carry the large pull-ups (fit my large 4 year old). If they have them, buy more than you need. They run out quickly. They usually get their shipment mid-month so it's worth it to go around the 15th of the month for best selection. They will take requests and actually do follow-up and call you when your item has arrived.

GATEWAY is MUCH more expensive than Pricemart, which is also in Central (near Wing On building). Pricemart is also in Causewaybay. Gateway products are on average at least $20-40 more than Pricemart with expensive items such as bulk toilet paper (kirkland brand) about double the price ($258 at Gateway for 36 rolls vs. $68 at Pricemart for 18 rolls). Coffeemate for example is $73 at Gateway vs. $52 at Pricemart.

Cara, try the American shop in Happy Valley. Just off the main road (Sing Woo)... not the size of Gateway but very good prices and products you miss from Canada/US...
