Does anyone have a good recommendation for a low cost IDD operator. Specifically for calls to the US.

These days calls to US are so cheap that it costs pennies. If you're not into PC/Internet calling, then go and get a phone card from one of those street vendors. Shop around, but you'll see that it really us ridiculously cheap to call North Am. A $20 phone card can get you 2-3hours of talk time for some of the cards
