Over the past year I have lost some weight and now some of my fave pieces of clothing are now too big (mainly tops. Any recommendations on trustworthy places in HK where I can go to get them altered??

Try Ann and Bon in Melbourne Plaza (Queens Road Central). 2nd floor, right down the back. They are often busy, so you may have to wait 5-15 mins for them to pin your clothes. There are also other clothes alteration places in Melbourne Plaza, but I've not tried them.

There are also tailors in world wide house and in admiralty centre who do alterations.

I go to a place in WW House on the 2nd floor but I don't really think they are very good. They take things in to make me look boxy instead of curvy.
They are just very nice to me so I go but I would not send anything expensive to them.
