How much to bargain down Macau furniture maker

I'm looking to have piece of copy furniture made in Macau--a daybed/trundle bed. Last weekend, I ordered a custom coffee table (with drawers that swing out) from this shop and felt that I probably should have done much better bargaining down the price. I only got him from $2600 HK to $2200 KH.

I'm dealing with the same shop over e-mail and they have provided a quote for the daybed. Does anyone have any experience or advice with what percentage of the quoted price I should look to pay?

I bought all our furnitures in one of the shop near the the old church and for the coffe table (centr table)with glass on top (carving underneath) size 4X5 is MOP2500 (no drawers)
