Last year a friend told me about an educational fair in June where various educational organizations promoted their summer camps and extra-curricular activities. There were good discounts for early bird enrollments. Has anybody heard about this and is there similar fair this year in HK? Thanks.

Confirmed that it was over the weekend. Maybe you can subscribe to the Parents Journal which did give away 4 admission tickets and kept you update with the event.
