Hi,
Is there any running trail besides Bowen Road I can get to without taking a taxi? It would be great to have some more variety in the scenery!

Yes, a great jog starts where Conduit and Kotewall meet at Hatton Rd, then basically just go up from there to Pinewood area and stop to explore all the ruins of war bunkers and so on. You can continue up to the Peak. Many options.

Thank you, thank you!! I am off of Conduit Road close to the escalator too.
Which ring road is this, FOAH? Lugard Road? And which 3 ways? I have found one close to LRC where you end near the entrance for Lugard Road. I am going to try the Pinewood area one, have never been there. For any of these do you have to run on concrete (vs asphalt)?

Goloh here.. Google "Pinewood Hong Kong" (no quote marks) and you will find some great website information about that. Sorry it's been awhile since I did the jog, but recall a mix of all surfaces, and some steps. In any event, on a nice day it's just a great way to kill some time, or even fly a kite.
