Hi, while I can accept 6 or 6.30am.....the last few days my two year old is getting up anywhere from 5.30 to 4.30AM!!!
Help, I've pushed back bedtimes brough forward bedtimes, changed diet, been firm,been soft etc.
PLEASE anyone got a good idea about how I can change his sleep so he sleeps in till at least after 6am. I'm a total nightowl and can't cope any more as I also work in a kindy so need my energy.

More exercise during the day?
How about a snack before bedtime? A bowl of oatmeal, a banana? Is he in pain? Would baby Advil help?

Not sure who to blame as my babies share a room. Little brother is 17 months, and oldest is 2 1/2.
I think littel brother may actually be waking up really early cause he is teething and waking up big brother. Whoever is waking first is chaos in there if I don't get one of them up and out of the room.
Damn Hong Kong with it's tiny living spaces!
We are moving soon so am looking forward to that.
( I love HK, just not living in an apartment, hate it hate it hate it.)
