I bought an air cooler fan at Sogo but realizes I don't really like it and want to take it back. I notice on their receipt it says "Product Sold is Non-Refundable". Hard to believe as it's a huge department store. But can someone confirm, can I take it back? I live quite far from Sogo and don't want to treck it all the way there if I have to keep it.

If there is no defect or problem with it other than "I don't really like it" they have no obligation to give you a refund.
Some stores MAY CONSIDER giving you a credit note to spend in the store but not a refund.

JWM thanks for the 1 cent comment...I understand what the receipts says... I am asking those that have shopped at Sogo and have returned their stuff what they did for you BECAUSE the receipts says no refund...Did they issue you a credit or were you stuck with the product? I don't have time on my hands and CB is not down the street from me so that is why I would prefer not to take it back if at the end I am stuck with it.
