i want to know how to loose my belly fats. I'm not fat but have big belly.

ANgel-ing - in the short term you can buy underwear that helps, Spanx is supposed to be fab but not available here i understand. Long term, you need to exercise your core area with pilates, yoga, sit ups.....


Also, and the most important thing, if you're feeling sexy then you'll appear sexy. Fell confident in the clohes you wear, wear the clothes that suit you and don't be tied to this months fashion. Great tip is boot leg jeans and an empire cut top whether it be strappy or with sleeves finished off with heels to elongate your figure.


After two kids i have a bit of a belly, it's something i have learnt to live with it and i have tried so many things to get it flat. I'm a UK14 and wear tops that flatter my boobs and cover my tum and no-one ever knows i have a little tum.


So be confident, feel good and wear what makes YOU FEEL SEXY, bo""ocks to everyone else!

I have a huge belly. A lot of the time it really bugs me. Funnily enough, when I start to exercise daily, I stop caring about what I look like because I feel so well-beingy; instead I start worrying about whether I am achieving my fitness goals. There are many skinny girls in HK, but they have no strength, poor diets and will probably get osteoporosis when they're older. Start exercising as much as possible, and continue to eat a normal diet. Your belly will probably improve, but even if it doesn't disappear completely you will care about it much less.

Re belly, don't worry, many women I see at the gym have theirs sticking out, but apart from that a lot of them look fine or even gorgeous.


I've stopped worrying about mine long ago, although mine isn't that big ...
