Where to find authentic German Sausages?

Don't know any grocery that offers good taste and low cost, but perhaps you could check with the Gernman 'Schnurrbart' restaurant (one in TST and one in Lan Kwai Fong)and see if they would sell you some of theirs. Their sausages are very good.

Basement of Holiday Inn Golden Mile hotel, near to MTR TST station, they have a little restaurant & one part they have a pastry & small grocery section. They made their own sausages.

The Restaurant SWISS CHALET in TST is also selling good quality sausages. Besied this as Altro said the Delicatessen Corner in the basement of Holiday Inn Hotel Golden Mile is good
