Can anyone give me directions? Doesn't matter which cross harbour tunnel we use.

Take Route 1 through the Cross-Harbour Tunnel and the Kowloon Tong exit I believe is 9G.

And from the Festival Walk website:

"If approaching by private car, Festival Walk is best accessed via Waterloo Road. From Waterloo Road, car drivers should follow Cornwall Street to Tat Chee Avenue, where Festival Walk is located across from the City University of Hong Kong."
